Pinterest & Life

I suppose this blog forum was my personal kind of Pinterest. It's much easier to just pin everything I like rather than blog it, right? Also, my son was born New Year's day 2012, go figure!  I'm actually expecting my third son next month, so all of the craziness has also kept me from blogging. That, and I'm way more of a hermit than I was before. Maybe one day, this blog will get more TLC when things have settled down.

Christmas Baby

I haven't been blogging too much because life has been a little crazy.  Big changes and little changes- but overall just a lot of changes.  In the end everything is wonderful and I'm also pregnant! I'm actually full term, and the baby's due date is Christmas day (we are hoping HE will make his grand enterance earlier). I'm going for an all natural birth, so say a prayer for me if you remember!

Also, I found this new blog; Food Wishes and it is just so amazing. Tonight I made his "End of Chicken Parmesan As You Know It" and it was so easy and good. Plus, half the fat and grease and all that not so good for you stuff.

They're Real - Really WORKS!

Benefit - They're Real Mascara
I just bought this new mascara, only based on it's claims. Everything it claims is totally true.  I have straight, half-way through colorless lashes and I did not need to curl my lashes, or even apply two coats. I immediately saw lift and definition. Magic. For. Reals.
 Had to blog it.

Colors In Culture

Amazing chart! It's so important when designing, or charting or graphing for clients to understand what certain colors mean to them... their culture or their line of work. Don't randomly pick red for your chart that you will be presenting to a financial company, or choose green to design the business cards for a mediation guru. But don't take my word for it (reading rainbow) use the chart!.

Portlandia

Watch Portlandia and this will make sense ;)
Is anyone else watching Portlandia? I mean, it's free on HULU, so I know it's not one of those 'omg, i've totally just discovered something no else has heard of!' situations. Anyway, it's hilarious and they make fun of everyone.  Especially all the people I secretly make fun of. Even more especially people from Portland.  They really rag on them. A lot.
